Profile of the Programme
Goals: The goal of the program is to train students to have computer hardware, software, programming, database management, networking and internet technology competencies to supply industry and service sector needs. Objectives: It is aimed to have graduates learn basic concepts of computer field, Able to take part on plan and design of software (in PC, Network and Internet environment), able to be in teamwork, Comprehend software, installation and testing processes, Able to provide data storage and security, Use word processor, spreadsheet, presenter, database and graphic software and develop new applications by using their development kits, Able to diagnose and maintain common software and hardware failures, Understand expedition and installation processes of hardware, Able to recognize personal and network operating systems and use popular of them, Consider the professional ethic precautions.
Occupational Profiles
Program graduates can work at public and private enterprises, computer firms and technical services about web design, programming, system installation and maintenance.
Graduation Requirements for Computer Programming
To graduate from this associate degree program, students must be:
• Successful in all courses in the program curriculum and at least 120 ECTS credits
• Having 2.5 GPA over 4.00.
• Completion of 30 working days mandatory internship
is required.
